Introduction<\/h2>

This refund policy defines the conditions under which customers may cancel their order and obtain a refund for online training and certifications offered by Leading Change on the learn.scrum-master.org website.<\/p>

Please read these conditions carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal<\/h2>

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in particular article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, all customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. During this period, you can exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons, and obtain a refund of the amount of the training or certification purchased.<\/p>

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the online training or certification has been fully completed. In other words, once you have completed the training or obtained certification, your right to a refund is cancelled.<\/strong><\/p>

How to exercise your right of withdrawal<\/h2>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision by the following means:<\/p>

  1. Send an e-mail to contact@leadingchange.fr<\/a> specifying :<\/li><\/ol>
      • The order ID number.<\/li>
      • The explicit mention that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
        1. After receiving your request, our customer service department will check whether the conditions for a refund have been met.<\/li>
        2. If all conditions are met, a refund will be initiated. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you agree otherwise.<\/li><\/ol>

          Refund periods<\/h2>

          Once the refund request has been initiated by us, it may take up to 30 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.<\/p>

          Liability<\/h2>
