This prioritization method is widely used by <b>Scrum<\/b> teams (or in an <b>Agile<\/b> organization on the SAFe scale).<\/p><p>In Scrum and SAFe, the main role of the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/scrum-master.org\/cest-quoi-le-role-dun-product-owner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Product Owner<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>is to build, maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog. As you&#8217;ll see in this article, this method is quick and easy for Product Owners to implement.<\/p><p>The Product Owner always relies on the Scrum Master to ensure that this method is properly applied and understood by all Scrum Team members.<\/p><p>The MoSCoW Method is based on <b>the criticality<\/b> of the elements in the <a href=\"https:\/\/scrum-master.org\/en\/what-is-wsjf-weighted-shortest-job-first-safe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Product Backlog<\/a>.
