To add to the fun, I often ask the teams to fill in the retrospective items in a sports commentator tone.  <\/p>\n<p>Find below the 4 columns of this retrospective template:<\/p>\n<h3>1. It&#8217;s all about the 3 points<\/h3>\n<p>In this column, give the sprint score: each member quickly gives his or her impression of the sprint via a score and a 3-point analysis.<br \/><strong>Example <\/strong>: &#8220;Victory 3-2. Good spirit but unclear objectives and poor estimation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>2. What worked well :<\/h3>\n<p>In this column, identify the positive points. We list all the satisfying elements of the sprint: successes, pride, team synergy&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>3. What got us into trouble :<\/h3>\n<p>In this column, you should note the negative points. We note difficulties, obstacles, tensions, demotivations&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>4. On to the next match!  <\/h3>\n<p>In this column, define the action plan. We synthesize into concrete actions for the next sprint.
