4. Acceptance: The fact that a user fills in the order form on the Leading Change website and confirms the order implies full acceptance of these GTC, which alone shall apply to the contract thus concluded.

Online training courses and certifications are described on our website. Leading Change makes every effort to ensure that these descriptions are as accurate as possible.

Article 3: Prices and taxes

Prices for our training courses and certifications are quoted in euros, all taxes included. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Article 4: Terms of payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method accepted by Leading Change.

Article 5: Access to training courses and certifications

1. Registration Requirement: To make a purchase and access training and certifications, you must first create a user account on our platform. This account will be your personal space where you’ll find all the training courses or certifications you’ve paid for.
2. Access: Once payment has been validated, the training courses or certifications purchased will be accessible from your user account on our platform.
3. Duration of access: Unless otherwise stated, access to training and certification is granted for an indefinite period.
4. Liability for Loss of Login Data: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details. Any use of your account will be deemed to have been made by you. Leading Change cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of your login details.
5. Technical support: If you encounter technical difficulties accessing your account or training courses, our customer service team is available to help you by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of purchase and obtain a refund without having to justify your decision.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Article 8: Intellectual Property

Protected ContentAll content available in the courses and certifications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of Leading Change or its content providers and is protected by French and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Limited License: By purchasing training or certification, Leading Change grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the content. This license does not include the right to download, copy, sell, resell or exploit for commercial purposes all or part of the contents.
3. Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, visit or exploit for commercial purposes all or part of the training courses and certifications without the prior written authorization of Leading Change.
4. Penalties: Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by Leading Change and may result in legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights.
5. Reporting Infringement: If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact Leading Change to report your claim.

Article 9: Liability

Leading Change cannot be held responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider, nor for exchange rate fluctuations.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
